The agreement that governs use of the Fetcher platform.

These terms govern use of the Fetcher platform, website, and apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Fetcher is intended for veterinary practices, their staff, and the pet parents they serve.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the people you add to your practice. Keep contact information accurate, and tell us right away about any unauthorized use.
Fetcher provides practice management software: scheduling, routing, client communication, medical records, controlled drug logging, invoicing, and related tools. Fetcher is free for Angel Paw partner vets; other plans are described at the time of signup.
Fetcher is software, not veterinary advice. Licensed veterinarians remain responsible for clinical decisions, for the accuracy of records they sign, and for meeting their regulatory obligations, including controlled substance record keeping. The platform is built to make that record keeping easier, not to replace professional judgment.
Practices own their records and pet parents control their pet's health data, as described on the Data ownership page. You grant Fetcher the license needed to host and process that data to run the service, and nothing more.
Connected services such as payment processors, communication providers, mapping, calendars, and accounting systems have their own terms and privacy policies. Fetcher is not responsible for third-party services.
We work to keep Fetcher available and safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties, and may change as it improves. To the extent the law allows, Fetcher's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
You can stop using Fetcher at any time and export your records before you go. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
