Your records are yours. Fetcher is the tool, not the owner.

Your records are yours. Fetcher is the tool, not the owner. Practices own their clinical and business records, families control their pet's health data, and Fetcher's job is to keep both safe, current, and portable.
Fetcher believes the traditional model is backwards: pet health records held by clinics or software vendors, with families asking for copies. On Fetcher, pet parents own, hold, and share their pet's health records. Through the app and portal, families see all of their pet's data and grant access to veterinarians, hospitals, and staff, not the other way around.
We host and process records to run the service: scheduling, communication, medical records, compliance, and billing. Product improvement uses aggregated, de-identified data only. When a service you use needs data to work, such as a payment, a text message, or an aftercare order, we share only what that service needs.
We are happy to talk through how your data is handled: info@fetcher.vet. See also our Privacy policy.
